Does it only work with my phone?
No. It needs a compatible Zigbee 3.0 hub. The sensor communicates with the hub, which allows you to check the data in the app. The hub is not included.
What apps and systems can I use?
The datasheet indicates Smart Life/Tuya with a compatible gateway and Zigbee2MQTT. Confirm the model's support on your system before buying. It is not compatible with ZHA.
Can I check the data away from home?
Yes, through a compatible app and hub, as long as the system is connected to the Internet. The data and alerts depend on that connection and the configuration.
What comes in the package?
One HavenCue sensor and a manual. The Zigbee hub and the two AAA batteries are not included.
Does the sensor control the heating or humidity?
It measures temperature and humidity. To activate other equipment, you need to create automations in a compatible system and have those devices available.
What is the size and where can I place it?
It measures 69 × 23 × 19 mm and is intended for indoor spaces. Choose a location representative of the room, protected from water, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
What values can it measure?
According to the product datasheet, it measures from −10 °C to 60 °C, with an accuracy of ±0.5 °C, and from 0% to 99% relative humidity, with an accuracy of ±5%. It is an environmental sensor, not a medical device.
